Mr. Mourgue d’Algue is a member of Athora’s Compensation, Nominating and Corporate Governance, Risk, and Transactions Committees. He previously served as a director of Athene Holding Ltd. and was a member of its risk committee. Mr. Mourgue d'Algue is the Global Head of Private Equity of ADIA, which he joined in June 2012.
